Hmmm. 30 forms in our system (depending on how you count the two-person katas) and 30 days in a month. I'm just saying..... a form a day keeps the mediocrity away. If you are not up to 30 katas yet in your PaSaRyu journey then toss in the Yahk Soak Detas or Master Hawks Hapkido sets.
I personally like them in the a.m. after the stretch. Slow and deliberate, like a meditation.
