Two Person Kata's

One of the coolest things about PSR is the 2 person forms.
I don't know the reason for not teaching them until after brown belt, so we are going to start having all students learn them as an extra drill, right from white belt. I just can't see why someone should wait until 3rd - 4th dan, or brown belt for that matter,  to learn new material. At that point I would hope to be teaching, refining and perfecting techniques.

Master Hawk is absolutely a right, 2 person Katas are a blast!

The ebb and flow that is created between two people having to move almost as one unit is a tremendous way to learn how to gauge appropriate distances that should be maintained during a kata, during sparring, or even in a live situation.
