Can't let a little rain get in the way of a workout.

I've never seen anyone do this form before. Can you tell us a little about what's going on in this form?
Thats pretty tough, you doing your thing out in the rain....if you could have had a lightning strike or two in there that would have really been something! LOL! Give me a month or two and I'll film one out in the snow or on the frozen lake.
At one of classes at the local High School, we used to go for a run barefoot in the snow before class. Everyone loved it.

I just realized this is 1/2 of a two person form.

The lightning wouldn't cooperate (thankfully!). I was hoping for a flash and bang with every STRIKE (of mine). This was the single person version of a two-person kata. And that is all we had for the longest time. Recently (in the last 2 or 3 yrs), the blackbelts at the main headquarters put together a pretty reasonable two-person kata.

Fantastic!
The music and rain were perfect escorts for the form at slow speed. Beautifully done and much appreciated.
