Well, there is Master Phoenix, Sarah Hatgas locally, I've seen Master Gary Ring of Strawberry Ark., do it at tournament, and I'm pretty sure Master Falcon, Jackie Smith of Olive Branch Ms. was one of the first in PSR to learn it. I'm sure there are probably others.

I'll leave this video up until I have time to another SoHo Yun video. At 1:40 I left out a two high blocks and a punch. Sorry 'bout that.
